Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources initiatives within the online gambling industry. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent development, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. This role requires a deep understanding of the gambling and iGaming sector, ensuring our workforce aligns with industry regulations and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry-specific regulations.
- Manage employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts, and foster a positive company culture.
- Implement training and professional development programs.
- Handle performance evaluations, promotions, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and optimize productivity.
- Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring alignment with best practices and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the iGaming, gambling, or tech industry.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in Brazil.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Portuguese.
- Industry Experience: Knowledge of the gambling/iGaming sector is highly desirable.
