Job Responsibilities:
- Cross-Department Coordination:
- Collaborate with product, payment, backend, testing, customer service, and marketing teams.
- Ensure smooth communication and resolution of department-related issues.
- Sportsbook Issue Resolution:
- Monitor and follow up on sportsbook-related issues, coordinating resources for timely resolution.
- Live Operations Monitoring:
- Track real-time sportsbook operations and promptly handle anomalies.
- Product Optimization & User Experience:
- Participate in product improvements to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Regular Functionality Testing:
- Conduct periodic checks on all product features.
- Analyze competitor platforms for benchmarking and optimization.
Job Requirements:
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the online betting/gambling industry.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with overseas betting market strategies and traffic acquisition methods.
- Analytical Skills: Strong learning ability and logical thinking to quickly adapt to new tools and systems.
