We are seeking a Audit Specialist to join our team, responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit Procedures: Conduct audits to evaluate financial records, processes, and internal controls.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing audit reports, documenting findings, and recommending improvements.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify risks and evaluate internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and policies.
  • Communication: Communicate audit findings clearly to management and other relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

For Junior Auditors (Basic Skills + Diligence):

  • Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or related field.
  • Certifications: CPA, ACCA, or any related certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: No prior audit experience or less than 1 year of experience; internship experience is also considered.
  • Skills:
    • Familiarity with basic financial knowledge and auditing processes.
    • Proficient in using Excel, Word, and financial software.
    • Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
    • Willingness to learn and accept guidance.

For Experienced Auditors:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or related field.
  • Certifications: CPA, CIA, or any relevant certifications are preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of audit experience, preferably from an auditing firm or in-house audit department.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in auditing processes, financial statement analysis, risk assessment, and internal control testing.
    • Ability to conduct independent audits and familiarity with common auditing tools and software.
    • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, good communication skills, and the ability to handle complex audit projects in high-pressure environments.
