We are seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to join our team in Albania. This role will primarily focus on maintaining customer relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving customer growth. The position is similar to our Group Chat Maintenance Representative role, but we expect the candidate to work in the office rather than remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensure their satisfaction, and increase customer loyalty.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify user behaviors and preferences, and develop personalized marketing strategies.
  • Event Planning: Design and implement promotional activities and reward programs to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Problem Solving: Address customer feedback and complaints promptly, resolve issues, and improve service quality.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitors, and develop appropriate operational strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all operational activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, especially within the gambling industry.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to drive customer operations effectively.
  • Training & Development: Provide training and guidance to customer service teams, enhancing their service levels and professional knowledge.
