We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive brand growth, user engagement, and market expansion in the gaming industry through strategic marketing, business development, and user retention efforts.
Core Responsibilities:
The core responsibility of this role is to enhance the brand’s market share and user activity in the gaming industry by developing marketing strategies, expanding business partnerships, and driving user growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Promotion & Brand Building:
- Develop and execute marketing plans based on the company’s strategy to increase brand awareness, user growth, and engagement.
2. Business Development (BD):
- Identify and expand strategic partnerships with third-party platforms, advertisers, and channel partners to drive market penetration.
3. Event Planning & Execution:
- Design and implement both online and offline marketing campaigns to boost user participation and business growth.
4. User Growth & Retention:
- Analyze user data, optimize user operation strategies, and enhance user activity, conversion rates, and lifetime value.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct industry and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and refine operational strategies.
6. Data Analysis & Optimization:
- Track marketing campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize strategies through data analysis to maximize ROI.
7. Cross-department Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, operations, and customer service teams to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Finance, or related fields.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in market operations. Experience in the gaming or related industries is preferred, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and user needs.
Skills:
- Business Development: Strong experience in identifying and maintaining strategic partnerships and driving projects to implementation.
- Data Analysis: Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics and Excel for data analysis, and applying user feedback to guide marketing strategies.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work efficiently with diverse partners and establish long-term, stable relationships.
- English Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken English, able to communicate smoothly with international teams and cross-border partners.
- Pressure Handling & Innovation: Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, demonstrating innovative problem-solving and strong execution skills.
Language:
- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (must be proficient in both).
