We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee technical and operational aspects of group investment in internet projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to optimize operations while ensuring efficient implementation of solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical & Operations Management:
- Responsible for evaluating technical architectures and optimizing operational models for internet projects.
- Assist project teams in developing and executing technical development plans, ensuring solutions are scalable and compliant.
- Monitor project operations, optimize business processes, and enhance customer experience.
- Regularly assess the operational status of projects, conducting technical and business diagnostics, and driving improvements.
2. Post-Investment Technical Support:
- Provide technical and managerial support during the post-investment phase to ensure stable and efficient project operations.
- Coordinate group resources to address technical issues during project operations, facilitating business goal achievement.
- Establish and maintain standardized systems for project technology and operations.
3. Industry Technology Insights & Trend Analysis:
- Keep track of trends in internet technologies and operational models, researching emerging technologies like blockchain, AI, and big data.
- Propose new opportunities and improvements based on technology and operations, providing strategic support for the group.
4. Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and risk control teams to provide comprehensive support to projects.
- Communicate and cooperate with external partners (developers, operators) on technical aspects, maintaining strong relationships.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering Management, or a related field.
- A combined technical and managerial background is preferred.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in technical or operations management in internet-related industries (e.g., game development, online entertainment, platform operations).
- Experience in global project management and familiarity with multicultural work environments.
Skills:
- Familiarity with internet-related technologies (e.g., payment systems, user authentication systems, data analysis platforms).
- Proficient in operations management tools and technical project management methodologies. PMP or related certifications are preferred.
- Strong business operations analysis skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, with additional language proficiency a plus.

- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle high-pressure environments.
- Willingness to travel frequently or be assigned to locations as required.
