Job Responsibilities:

1. Data Management & Analysis

  • Collect, clean, and organize advertising data from various platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of ad groups and strategies to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.

2. Advertising Performance Optimization

  • Analyze advertising strategies and performance metrics to derive optimization conclusions and improvement suggestions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), develop dashboards to track ad performance, and identify trends.

3. Visitor Behavior Analysis

  • Analyze visitor behavior to understand interactions with ads and websites, identifying patterns leading to conversions or drop-offs.
  • Conduct funnel analysis to locate user drop-off points at different stages and provide improvement recommendations.

4. Ad Creative Testing & Analysis

  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and analyze different versions’ performance to determine the best designs.
  • Provide insights on creative effectiveness based on data and suggest improvements to enhance performance.

5. Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on advertising performance, user behavior, and optimization suggestions.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and strategy teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

Job Requirements:

1. Work Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in advertising or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience in analyzing ad performance data from platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads.

2. Technical Skills

  • Proficient in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, Python, R, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and analysis processes.

3. Analytical Skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle large datasets accurately.

4. Advertising Knowledge

  • In-depth understanding of advertising metrics, user behavior analysis, and ad optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rates, and attribution models.

5. Communication Skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills to convey findings and optimization strategies to internal teams and clients.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in website analysis and conversion rate optimization.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with audience segmentation and personalized advertising strategies.
