We are looking for a skilled SEO Specialist to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, strong data analysis abilities, and expertise in improving website traffic and user experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing SEO strategies, conducting A/B tests, and building high-quality backlinks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase website visibility and improve search engine rankings.
  • Search Engine Algorithm Expertise: Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithms and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize site performance.
  • Advanced SEO Techniques: Apply technical SEO and content optimization strategies for improved results.
  • Data Analysis: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to conduct in-depth analysis of website traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior.
  • A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B tests to assess the effectiveness of different strategies and optimize based on results.
  • Link Building: Develop and execute strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks through partnerships and content marketing.
  • User Experience Optimization: Use tools like Hotjar and Crazy Egg to analyze user behavior and make UX/UI recommendations for improvement.
  • Content Strategy Optimization: Evaluate and improve existing content to ensure it aligns with user search intent and boosts engagement.
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor SEO strategies to identify opportunities and gaps in the market.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple SEO projects and deliver high-quality results on time.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across the site.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in SEO with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and optimization techniques.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • Ability to design and interpret A/B tests to optimize SEO strategies.
  • Expertise in building quality backlinks and understanding content marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of user experience optimization and UX/UI design basics.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience with content marketing or social media marketing is a plus.
  • Experience with multilingual website SEO (especially Portuguese & English) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with other online marketing channels such as SEM and email marketing is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for increasing work efficiency is preferred.
